Four days of coursework (2+2 days) & Practicum deepening the expertise and knowledge gained from the Thinking Partnership Course. Whether you will be using these skills as a Business / Executive Coach or as a Personal Coach, this programme will equip you with unique and essential coaching expertise, using the Thinking Environment approach and methodology.

A three-day program (2+1 days) that deepens the expertise and knowledge gained from the Foundation Course. This course is for those interested in professionally delivering the Applications of a Thinking Environment for working with groups, and who have completed the Foundation Course.

For those who want to be a Time To Think Consultant, qualified to teach and deliver all Time To Think courses and offerings.

Your ideal pathway to qualification would look like this:
Foundation Course > Thinking Partnership Course > Facilitator Qualification > Coach Qualification > Consultant Course + Practicum

Qualifying Program: The Coaching Course

Four days of coursework (2+2 days) & Practicum deepening the expertise and knowledge gained from the Thinking Partnership Course.

Who should attend?

• To master each aspect of the full Thinking Partnership Session
• To learn a wide application of Incisive Questions
• To understand and use the ‘Spectrum of Independence’
• To practice coaching and being coached in this way
• To think with clarity about your own challenges in being a coach

Completing the coursework, you then would undertake the practicum work, supervised by a Time To Think Faculty member.
Successfully completing that work, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, you would become qualified as a Time To Think Coach.

Qualifying Program: The Facilitator Course

A three-day program (2+1 days) that deepens the expertise and knowledge gained from the Foundation Course.

Who should attend?

If you are interested in professionally delivering the Applications of a Thinking Environment for working with groups and have completed the Foundation Course, this course is for you.

What you’ll learn

This course teaches you how to present professionally eight of the applications of a Thinking Environment you explored on the Foundation Course: Thinking Pairs, Dialogue, Rounds, Open Discussion, Meetings, the Time To Think Council, Presentations and Facilitation.

Completing this course, you then would undertake the practicum work, supervised by a Time To Think Faculty member.
Successfully completing that work, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, you would become qualified as a Time To Think Facilitator.

Do you want to be a Time To Think Consultant (qualified to teach and deliver all Time To Think courses and offerings)?

Your ideal pathway to qualification would look like this:
Foundation Course > Thinking Partnership Course > Facilitator Qualification > Coach Qualification > Consultant Course + Practicum
